Browse vetted listings

Every listing on our marketplace has been screened and is teaser-disclosed only. Identity, financials, and customer info are released under NDA once you've registered as a verified buyer.

What this step covers

  • Browse anonymised teaser profiles across sectors and regions.
  • Register and sign the NDA to access the full information memorandum.
  • Express interest and request a confidential management meeting.

The detail

How our listing process works

  1. Browse anonymised teasers — sector, region, revenue band, EBITDA, asking price.
  2. Register as a verified buyer (ID, KRA PIN, proof of funds or pre-approval letter).
  3. Sign the master NDA — protects sellers while letting you receive the full IM.
  4. Receive the Information Memorandum (IM) — full financials, customer mix, contracts.
  5. Express interest with an indicative offer — non-binding, signals seriousness.
  6. Request a confidential management meeting with the seller.

What's in a good Information Memorandum

  • Business overview, history, ownership
  • Products / services and pricing
  • Customer mix and concentration
  • Supplier relationships and contracts
  • 3-year financials (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow)
  • Asset register
  • Staff structure and key personnel
  • Reason for sale and transaction structure
  • Strategic opportunities for the new owner
Why we vet sellers

Every listing on the platform has been pre-screened: business is real, financials are at least directionally accurate, owner is genuinely a seller (not just price-testing). That saves buyers months of wasted meetings.

Frequently asked

Is my interest visible to the seller?+

Identity is only released after you've signed the NDA and the seller has approved you as a qualified buyer. Casual browsing is anonymous.

Can I make an offer without seeing the IM?+

No. The IM is shared after NDA; offers should always be based on documented information, not the teaser alone.
