The terms of our engagement.

By accessing or using the MyBiashara platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts to use MyBiashara. Businesses listed must be legally registered and operating.

MyBiashara provides advisory services, business listings, buyer and investor matching, and related tools across our five pillars: Start, Grow, Fund, Buy, and Sell Biashara. We act as an intermediary and advisor — we are not a party to any transaction between buyers and sellers.

You agree that all information you provide is accurate, complete, and current. You are responsible for the accuracy of any business or financial information shared with us or with third parties through our platform.

Sensitive business information shared on the platform is protected by NDAs signed by all parties accessing it. See our NDA Policy for details.

Some MyBiashara services are fee-based. Fees are disclosed before engagement and agreed in writing. We do not charge hidden fees.

While we work diligently to support founders and investors, MyBiashara does not guarantee any specific outcome — including sale, funding, partnership, or business growth. All outcomes depend on market conditions and the parties involved.

All content on the MyBiashara platform — including text, graphics, logos, and software — is the property of My Biashara Advisory Limited or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You agree not to: misrepresent your identity or business; use the platform for fraudulent purposes; attempt to bypass our advisory or NDA processes; scrape or copy content; or interfere with the platform's operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyBiashara and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or any transaction facilitated through it.

These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Nairobi, Kenya.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
