When founders share sensitive business information — financials, customer data, trade secrets, or strategic plans — that information must be protected. Our NDA process ensures every party who accesses confidential information is legally bound to protect it.

Section 2

When NDAs Are Required

NDAs are required before:

  • Any prospective buyer accesses a full business listing or data room
  • Any investor reviews detailed financial information for a fundraising opportunity
  • Any third-party advisor (legal, accounting, technical) reviews confidential business materials
  • Any internal team member accesses sensitive client information beyond what is necessary for their role

What the NDA Covers

By signing an NDA on our platform, you agree:

  • You will keep all information shared with you strictly confidential
  • You will not share, copy, or distribute the information without written consent
  • You agree not to use the information for any purpose other than evaluating the specific opportunity
  • You agree that breach of the NDA may result in legal action and financial damages
  • The NDA remains in effect for three years from the date of signing

NDAs are signed digitally through our platform before access to any full listing or data room is granted.
