- Certificate of Incorporation (with company number like PVT-XXXXXX)
- CR12 — list of current directors and shareholders
- Memorandum & Articles of Association (your CR2)
- Company KRA PIN certificate (auto-issued by KRA via BRS)
Save everything
Download all PDFs the day they arrive. Print, scan, and store both digitally (Google Drive folder) and physically. Every bank, tender, lawyer, and future investor will ask for these.
