Reserve the company name

Same BRS portal as sole prop, but the name must end in 'Limited' or 'Ltd'.
- ecitizen.go.ke → Business Registration Service → Name Search & Reservation.
- Submit up to 3 names ending in 'Limited'.
- Pay KES 950.
- Wait for approval (a few hours to 24 hours).
Search KIPI's trademark database before paying. A name that's free at BRS can still infringe a registered trademark.
